Your duties

  • Building and qualifying a pipeline of Shopify- and web-related opportunities
  • Creating new opportunities using outbound activities and effective MQLs conversion
  • Conducting effective discovery calls to identify client pain points, budget parameters, and decision processes (Sandler methodology)
  • Managing and expanding existing accounts
  • Creating and executing account growth plans for a portfolio of prospective and existing customers
  • Developing value-based proposals that address specific client challenges in the ecommerce and web space
  • Building long-term strategic partnerships with brands
  • Nurturing relationships with existing clients by delivering value
  • Making sure clients have 5-star customer experience
  • Co-creating pricing strategy & offerings
  • Representing Naturaily at industry events and conferences
  • Being up to date with the latest industry trends
  • Working with KPIs (quota, margin, NPS)
  • Contributing to our library of case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials

We need you to be

  • Pro-active & Client Focused
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proven track record of closing deals exceeding 0.3M PLN and accounts exceeding 1M PLN in annual value
  • Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales journey – spanning initial outreach, contract finalization, and ongoing account development and expansion
  • Demonstrated success creating robust sales pipelines through outbound activities including industry research, organizational assessment, targeted micro outreach campaigns, professional relationship cultivation and referrals
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies (Sandler preferred)
  • Track record working across the business maturity spectrum – from early-stage ventures to growth-focused companies to established corporations
  • Well-established network within ecommerce and marketing decision makers
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify/Shopify Plus, and good understanding of new technologies, particularly headless CMSes
  • Practical skills in building compelling business proposals and conveying vision effectively
  • Crisis and conflict management skiils
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to effectively position technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating with technical teams for estimations, scoping, and solution design
  • Superior relationship-building capabilities with demonstrated ability to foster genuine connections based on credibility and mutual respect with both customer stakeholders and internal collaborators
  • Very good written and spoken English

  • Have experience with value-based pricing and negotiation strategies
  • Understand the technical aspects of modern web development (Jamstack, headless commerce)
  • Are proficient in Account-Based Sales methodologies and targeted enterprise approach
  • Take a systematic approach to sales pipeline management
  • Navigate comfortably across platforms such as Pipedrive, Smartlead, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Identify high-value opportunities and disqualify poor-fit prospects early in the process
  • Are comfortable representing the company at industry conferences and maintaining a professional social media presence
  • Maintain a healthy balance between new business development and strategic account expansion
  • Demonstrate curiosity about clients’ business challenges beyond just technical needs
  • Thrive in a remote-first work environment with high autonomy and accountability
  • Maintain an honest, transparent, and professional approach that fits our organizational culture
