Working at Naturaily as Shopify Team Lead means taking charge of Naturaily’s e-Commerce Development Team and keeping them up to date with the newest trends in Shopify ecosystem.

Your duties

leading the design, development, and deployment of Shopify Apps, Themes & Storefronts
providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
ensuring high-quality code standards and best practices are maintained
overseeing project architecture and technical decision-making
customize and develop Shopify themes using Shopify Liquid
building and maintaining Shopify Apps to extend Shopify's functionality
troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Shopify stores and integrations
developing and maintaining backend systems, preferably using Ruby or other modern languages
working with Shopify’s APIs to integrate third-party applications
developing dynamic, responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or React
optimizing front-end performance for Shopify storefronts and apps
managing and deploying applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS
ensuring scalable and reliable infrastructure
effective communicating with clients and team members In English
collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers and project managers
gathering requirements, proposing solutions and delivering on deadlines
overseeing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery
implementing and refining development processes for efficiency and scalability
working closely with other great team members

We need you to be

experienced with Shopify Ecosystem, at least 3 years in commercial projects (in-depth experience with Shopify theme (Liquid) and apps development; familiarity with Shopify APis - REST and GraphQL)
experienced in Frontend Development, min. 5+ years (proficient in JavaScript, Vue/React.js; strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design principles)
experienced in Backend Development, min. 5+ years (proficiency in Ruby or another modern backend language; experience with building APIs and managing integrations)
experienced in Cloud Environment (hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation)
proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
strong problem solving and critical-thinking person
able to provide effective leadership and team management
able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

It would be great if you

are familiar with other eCommerce platforms or ecosystems
have experience with DevOps practices
have knowledge of performance optimization and SEO for eCommerce
