Beuta, a leading provider of faux-stone landscape edging, faced challenges in translating their product's unique value into a compelling online experience. Beuta's existing e-commerce platform lacked the visual appeal and user-friendliness and struggled with complex navigation, and a lack of features to support bulk purchasing.

The existing product pages failed to effectively communicate product benefits, hindering conversion rates. Additionally, the need for a seamless bulk purchasing system with automatic discounts was crucial to cater to larger orders and boost average order value. The goal was to transform the site from a functional platform to a customer-centric, revenue-generating tool.
Enhancement of visual appeal and user experience
The website's visuals and how easy it was to use needed improvement. It wasn't quite delivering the kind of online experience that really highlighted what made Beuta's faux-stone edging special. Navigating the site was also a bit clunky, which wasn't helping user engagement.
Improvement of product page effectiveness
Those product pages weren't really communicating the benefits of Beuta's products effectively, so conversion rates were low. They definitely needed a revamp to properly showcase the value and drive sales.
Exploring bulk buying options
A more straightforward system for bulk purchases was also needed. Including features like automatic discounts for larger orders was important to cater to those customers and boost the average order value.

Ultimately, the goal was to shift the website from just a basic platform into something that actively generated revenue. This meant addressing the issues with user experience, how the products were presented, and the ability to handle bulk orders smoothly.

We didn’t just jump into design. First, we wanted to understand what was really going on with their site. We started with a deep dive – a UX audit. We looked at how people were actually using the site, compared it to what the best in the business were doing, and pinpointed the sticking points.
Then, we focused on making things clear and easy. A clean, intuitive design, simple navigation, and a custom bundle app for bulk purchases. Customers could see exactly how much they saved when buying in bulk with the savings calculator, the bundle builder suggested the best product combinations, and we made it simple for customers to find what they needed with a navigation makeover.
The goal was to enhance user engagement and simplify the buying process, ensuring customers could easily find and purchase products. It was all about making the customer’s journey as smooth as possible.

The transformation led to significant improvements in user experience and a substantial increase in average order value, exceeding Beuta's initial goals.
By redesigning product and collection pages, implementing a custom bundle application, and enhancing navigation, Naturaily significantly improved Beuta's e-commerce platform. The UX audit and benchmarking provided a solid foundation for strategic changes, resulting in a cleaner, more intuitive website.
