Your duties

creating and executing digital marketing & content strategy
planning and executing link building strategies
creating publication timelines
preparing briefs and coordinating content production process with the support of copywriters
managing and planning tasks for Kamil, our Content Marketing Specialist
cooperating with content creators and developers; creating content by yourself if needed
analyzing content efficiency and improving website effectiveness (leading to an increase in the number of inbound leads)
creating paid campaigns (remarketing & social media), monitoring their effectiveness and reporting results
creating & executing social media strategy in mind with specific business goals
cooperating with a Designer to maintain coherent visual communication in all communication channels
cooperating with an external SEO agency and Clutch support team
managing development and performance (optimization) tasks for the company website
creating & planning a marketing budget
participation & preparation for conferences around the world
managing the publication of a Jamstack report
monitoring marketing trends

We need you to be

experienced (2-5 years) as a Marketing Manager in the IT industry
experienced in conducting marketing campaigns on foreign markets
number-oriented - understand KPIs and be able to set them out
experienced in creating marketing budgets
well-versed in Google Analytics and Ahrefs
familiar with Google Workspace
familiar with Canva
familiar with on-site and off-site SEO
outstanding in communication and setting goals
proficient in English - both in writing and speaking (C1)

It would be great if you

have strong motivation for taking action and delivering results
could set marketing goals at the organizational level
have competences in the area of motivating and coordinating the work of the team
are ready to share your knowledge and experience
have an eye for good design
are familiar with brand promotion techniques
