Your duties

preparing sales invoices and contacting our clients in regard to payment matters
payment of cost invoices
completing financial documents
accounting & calculations of monthly employee benefits
permanent contact and cooperation with accounting firm and Management Board
preparing financial reports and statements

We need you to be

experience in finance & administration
perfect work organization and accuracy
strong communication skills
willingness to expand your knowledge
good problem solving attitude
familiar with Google Workspace (Spreadsheets, Docs)
fluent in English
ablility to work by your own and take responsibility for what you’re doing

It would be great if you

have experience with the Taxxo platform
have worked for a software development company before
